Program/Project Management

At AMGI, our team has broad, quality experience in program management, taking projects from concept to completion. Beginning with the work scope, we help our customers define and develop a pragmatic work scope that meets all the customer's needs and minimizes risk. We then coordinate, plan and track all tasks to ensure schedules, suppliers and production activities are met within the parameters defined, and resolve any discrepancies along the way. This process continues through certification, acceptance and deployment. We provide regular updates to management on program status. At the completion of the project, we provide management a complete summary analysis including the project's successes and lessons learned.

Supply Chain Management

At AMGI, we take supply chain management in a whole new direction using analytical methods. We work with our customers to identify suppliers that are not meeting the customer's standards in terms of quality, schedule, cost and risk. Then working with the customer's purchasing team, we go on-site to the supplier's facility to streamline processes and resolve deficiencies using innovative management, coordination and communication techniques. Your efficiency depends on your supplier's efficiency, therefore, our goal is to proactively manage the flow of parts and information and work with your suppliers to help them help themselves.

Quality Assurance/Source Inspection

At AMGI, We provide detailed souce inspection for a variety of airlines and OEM's. Our Processes allow our inspections to follow your quality requirements and they are trained to ensure all the details you want inspected are met prior to shipping of the product. This has helped our customers reduce or eliminate incoming inspection and costly repairs or corrections on-site. Our team has also helped suppliers develop and implement corrective actions and has assisted / enhanced the development of some supplier's quality departments.

Modification/Completion Management

At AMGI, we have successfully managed numerous modification and completion programs on-time and within budgetary parameters. We work with our client to develop work scopes that cover all requirements and deliverables necessary to successfully complete the modification. Our experience and resources allows as to develop accurate cost estimates, budgets and schedules, and then manage and track the modification efficiently. Our team is always on-site, meeting regularly with suppliers, engineers and production teams to ensure the modification or completion is on time and within budget and all certification requirements are met. As the project nears completion, we schedule and coordinate completion acceptance reviews, and return or entry into service activities, and ensure the customer is fully satisfied.

Process Improvement Management

At AMGI, our team of six sigma certified professionals has broad experience leading many cross-functional improvement efforts. Our team implements process improvements with realized savings to our customers. We manage centers of excellence and facilitate improvements that have revolutionized supply chain management processes creating a competitive advantage in the market place for our clients.

Certification Management

At AMGI, we have established professional working relationships with highly skilled Designated Engineering Representative (DERs) that cover a broad range of disciplines for all your certification needs. Our team has certified installations on a broad range of Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) and Designated Airworthness Station (DAS-STC) programs. We are experienced in the complete range of certification programs from simple equipment changes to complex nose-to-tail modifications and business jet completions. We have accomplished certification efforts on Airbus, Boeing, McDonnell Douglas, Lockheed, Gulfstream and Bombardier aircraft.
